The size to be 30 is small! Very good quality and hot! I bought another bigger one, because it's worth it! Very nice!!

First the quality. The pants besides beautiful is well sewn and very warm. My problem was the measurements. I have 1.70cm of height and 69kg of weight. My waist is 85cm, hip is 104cm, my thigh is 52cm. Here in Brazil I wear size 38. I measured everything right and took the pants based on my hip, because my problem is always the size of my hip. My pants were huge at my waist, but fortunately, a seamstress manages to tidy up. My only problem was my waistline. I do not know if I got the size 32 would work (I took the size 34). But I followed the measures given by the seller, and it turned out that the waist was very large.
